Youth Pastor

Lift Church is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to serve as Youth Pastor, dedicated to nurturing and guiding the spiritual growth of our youth community. As Youth Pastor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and events that cater to the unique needs and interests of adolescents, aged 12 to 18. This role involves fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where young people feel valued, supported, and empowered to explore their faith and develop meaningful relationships with one another and with God. The Youth Pastor will lead weekly gatherings, facilitate small group discussions, and organize special outings and retreats to deepen spiritual connections and promote fellowship. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with other church leaders to integrate youth ministry into the broader mission and vision of Lift Church. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for mentoring and counseling young people through the challenges and triumphs of adolescence. A deep understanding of biblical principles and the ability to relate them to contemporary youth culture is essential. Previous experience in youth ministry and a bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field are preferred.
