We recommend registering in advance, but on-site registration will be available.

Who can vote at the business meeting?
Pen Florida credentialed ministers and lay delegates. Per the bylaws churches with memberships over 100 are entitled to 2 lay-delegates and churches under 100 members are entitled to 1 lay delegate.
