Terry Raburn

Dr. Terrell (Terry) Raburn currently serves as the Superintendent of the Peninsular Florida District Council of the Assemblies of God and facilitates the management of the district.

Dr. Terry Raburn is a fourth-generation preacher whose grandfathers on both sides of his family were pioneers in Pentecost, as well as Charter Members of the Assemblies of God in the Florida and Georgia districts. Terry’s mother and father were church planters and pastors in the southeast.

Dr. Kent Ingle
Dr. Kent InglePresident, Southeastern University
A champion of innovative educational design, Dr. Kent Ingle serves as the president of Southeastern University. He is an expert in leading turnaround organizations and led teams through transformational change in Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle. Under his leadership, the SEU has seen significant growth. Dr. Ingle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a Master of Theological Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California. He received his Doctor of Ministry degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri.
Greg Mundis
Greg MundisExecutive Director, Assemblies of God World Missions
Greg was named area director for Central Europe in 1991. When AGWM made the Europe Region a distinct entity in 1998, Greg was selected as its first regional director. For the next 13 years he developed strategies to increase ministries to the region’s cities, campuses, and children and helped raise awareness of the culturally diverse communities created by the swell of immigrants coming to the region. He also initiated greater communication among missionaries involved in similar ministries across Europe by providing opportunities for them to network and exchange ideas. In 2011 he was elected as AGWM executive director.
Mark Merrill
Mark MerrillDistrict Superintendent, Georgia Assemblies of God
Mark Merrill has served in local church ministry for over 25 years. Since being in the Georgia District, he ministered as the Lead Pastor at The Assembly at Warner Robins from 2008 – 2018. He also served as Regional Presbyter, Assistant District Superintendent, and was elected at the 2018 District Council to serve as Georgia’s District Superintendent. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Ministries, a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Divinity (equiv.), and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Semiotics, Church, and Culture. He completed his dissertation on Church Revitalization at George Fox Evangelical Seminary (now Portland Seminary). Mark and his wife, Gretchen, have been married since 1992, and they have two adult children.
Dr. Jeffery Portmann
Dr. Jeffery Portmann Director, Church Multiplication Network
Founding pastor of newhope, a multi-site Church outside of Seattle, Jeffery stepped into the role as Church Multiplication Network Director for Assemblies of God. Married to his H.S. sweet-heart Joanne, he is a father of two sons Justus and Josiah. His passion is presenting hope and developing people. With a Doctorate of Ministry – emphasis in leadership, Jeffery speaks using a relational style with simple clarity that helps every generation understand and apply the Bible to their lives.
