Lead Pastor

People’s Church is a contemporary, Assemblies of God congregation of 300+ people located between Tampa & Orlando, Florida on the I-4 corridor. People’s is a vibrant, growing, well established, and debt free church and we are preparing to build more space for greater community impact.

We are looking for a spiritually formed and emotionally healthy Lead Pastor to model and teach the life of Christ. Our staff is well established and wonderfully talented. This is a great opportunity to “hit the ground running” without having to build a team from nothing.

The ideal candidate:

• Is an ordained A/G minister (Mandatory)
• Has a minimum of a Master’s Degree
• Is between 35-50 years old
• Has experience leading a multiple staff church
• Is missions minded
• Has experience in a building program
