Next Gen Pastor

The Next Gen Pastor leads and shepherds the next generation of FAM Church. They will lead the volunteer teams responsible for all aspects of ensuring spiritual growth and development of kids ages birth through 12th grade. This includes curriculum, volunteer recruitment and development, classroom management, and operational management necessary to ensure successful, continuously improving weekend children’s services, Wednesday Youth ministry and periodic special events.
