Bethel Church is seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader comfortable with leading a diverse worship style. We desire someone who wants to lead our congregation into the very presence of God. We are looking for someone (preferably who plays keyboards, is accustomed to using the Nashville Numbering System and knows how to use Ableton Tracks with a live band.
We have a very strong worship team and need a leader to lead us. Presently, we sing a lot of Todd Delaney, Eddie James, Jesus Adrian Romero, Juan Luis Guerra, Elevation, Hillsong – an revamped traditional hymns. The worship style we are trying to achieve would be similar to the style of Indiana Bible College Music Department and North American Youth Conference (not theologically but stylistic musically). We utilize a variety of styles but lean more to a Gospel style of worship.
Bethel is a diverse church with around 200 to 230 people in attendance on Sunday Morning with nearly 30 nationalities represented, located in the heart of Tampa, we seek to reach the 107,000 unchurched people that live within 3 miles of our church and hope to eventually plant satellites in the Tampa Metro Region. The position is available immediately and we hope to have someone in place no later than January 30, 2020.
AG credentials preferred, but are open to those affiliated with the IPHC, COGIC, and Church of God. Salary is negotiable based upon experience and diversity of style.
