Kid’s Pastor or Director

We are a church plant in Winter Springs, FL (Greater Orlando area). We are now 3 years old. We are growing, and we are moving from the “planting” to “planted” stage. Our church is very much multicultural and multigenerational. We are looking to hire a Part Time Kid’s Pastor or Director.

Requirements.

At least 2 years of experience or have completed ministry education.

Completion of AG Certificate or license is a bonus.

A deep love for Jesus and children is a must.

About half of the Kid’s Pastor’s hours will be on Sundays, and the other half during the week.

Things to know. 

We meet in a school, so you will lead a team that oversees and tears down each week.

Leadership is super flexible with hours during the week.

Leadership has lots of experience helping leaders develop their skillset and discover their calling.
