2023 Church Office Staff One-Day Seminar

Please join us for a FREE event that is designed to provide a relaxed environment to encourage, fellowship, and connect with others from around the Pen Florida District who fill similar roles within the church.

We are excited to have Tina Blount, Communicator, Coach, and Pastor with a background in HR Leadership as our guest speaker.

Topics include:
Let’s Tango: Creating a healthy life rhythm is entirely possible, but only if you first stop trying to achieve balance.
Let’s Talk About It: Reduce tension by using words as a tool to create effective communication, delegation, and conflict resolution.

We will also have an interactive Panel Discussion with leaders and administrative assistants who have years of experience in the church world including:

– Renee Cotton – Executive Administrative Assistant to Wayne Blackburn, Victory Church, Lakeland
– Al & Jinny Force – Lead Pastors, Oceanway Assembly of God, Jacksonville

This one-day is tailored specifically for church secretaries, receptionists, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, and office managers.

To avoid confusion, this particular event would NOT be ideal for any other office/church staff members such as pastors, custodians, website/media specialists, etc. unless their duties also include general office responsibilities.
