SPECIAL EVENTS: Get your tickets for special events of your choice before they sell out. Special events may only be purchased through preregistration. No event tickets will be sold on-site.
INSTRUCTIONS

To receive the pre-registiration rate, forms must be postmarked by April 12, 2010.

No telephone registrations will be accepted.

Registration forms postmarked after April 12, 2010, will be taken on-site. These will be processed at the on-site registration rate.

Make checks payable to Peninsular Florida District Council. Full payment for registration and special functions must accompany the registration form.

Please do not send any fees other than District Council registration and/or special function ticket money with the registration form.

Please register only one person per form. Make copies of it as needed for additional forms.

DELEGATE INFORMATION: If you are attending as an official voting delegate, be sure to have the DELEGATE CERTIFICATION form completely filled out. (Reminder: Those assemblies having a membership of 100 or less shall be entitled to one lay-delegate. Assemblies having more than 100 members shall be entitled to two lay-delegates.)

REFUNDS

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted.

Submit a detailed outline of the refund request, including registrant's name and address, and any events. Be sure to enclose all items that were received in the mail.

No refunds will be processed on-site.

There will be a $10 per person charge on all refunds.
PARTICIPATION
MEMBERS All ministers holding accredited Fellowship Certificates from the General Council, and having their permanent residence within the territory of the district, and whose Certificates of Fellowship have been approved by the District Council Credentials Committee.
VOTERS The voting constituency at the Peninsular Florida District Council shall be composed of all accredited members of the Peninsular Florida District Council of the Assemblies of God who are present and registered, as well as church delegates present and registered, as may be chosen by the church affiliated with Peninsular Florida District. Each assembly shall have the right of representation in the District Council by lay-delegates. Representation shall be based on the membership roll of the assembly. Those assemblies having a membership of 100 or less shall be entitled to one lay-delegate. Assemblies having more than 100 members shall be entitled to two lay-delegates. (Constitution & Bylaws Article VIII. Membership, Section 2. Church Delegates).
BUSINESS All business sessions of the 85th Peninsular Florida District Council will be conducted from the designated voting sections in the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, which will be reserved during business sessions for the voting constituency as described above. To vote or participate in these sessions, ministers and delegates must wear their badges and sit in the reserved sections.
VISITORS All visitors are allowed to attend all sessions and services including business meetings, but are not allowed to vote.
ALL PENINSULAR FLORIDA DISTRICT COUNCIL PARTICIPANTS All participants are asked to register and wear their badges for all sessions.
