Conference Fee: $80.00/couple.
Pre-registration Fee: $40 (non-refundable) due by 10/4/10 to be sent with registration form. $40 balance due on arrival.
Commuter Fee: add $30/couple for those not staying in reserved Plaza rooms. A $15 late fee will be added for all registrations postmarked after 10/04/10.
