The purpose of REAL LIFE CHILDREN'S RANCH is to provide a safe, nurturing, family style environment for children while adhering to and promoting Biblical principles. Further, our children receive appropriate home life atmosphere, education, recreation and other such instructions and assistance that are deemed necessary to enable them to become useful, productive citizens.
Our GOAL is to be able to place the children back into their own homes once normal conditions have been proven to exist. If this is not possible, we make every effort to find foster homes or adoptive parents for these children. If this is not possible, the children may remain in our care until the age of 18 when we then help them to move on into adult living.
REAL LIFE CHILDREN'S RANCH is not merely a facility to house homeless children, but a loving, caring environment where the children learn the richness of a well-rounded life. We have four homes with a professional houseparent couple. This "Mom and Dad" figure in each home nurtures, supports, and counsels the children in their formative years and helps them to deal with their difficult past. Since REAL LIFE CHILDREN'S RANCH began in 1957, the RANCH has strived to meet the highest standards for child care and has enjoyed a tremendous success rate in turning the lives of hundreds of children into productive and useful members of society. Several of our former residents have returned to the Ranch as adults to serve in various capacities.
| All project monies received will be deposited in "Projects" fund and will be distrubuted at the end of the calendar year. Please help us in this missions project. The amounts suggested for each group and club to give are only a guideline. If your WM Group or Girls Ministries Club can give more, we will gladly accept your contribution. But, if your group or club cannot reach the suggested amount, please do not feel badly to send a lesser amount. ALL CONTRIBUTIONS ARE APPRECIATED! |
