What is DSOM?
DSOM stands for "District School of Ministry" and is a district sponsored and district operated ministerial training program that enables persons to complete the educational requirements of the Fellowship for credentialing. It also provides a learning forum for laity interested in increasing biblical and doctrinal knowledge and developing ministry skills. Click here for detailed information and cost.

Greetings! I am so pleased that you are considering joining us on the journey toward your credentials, or perhaps just to improve your understanding of God’s Word. We have put a lot of thought into the layout of this web page to make it as easy as possible for you to join in.

I suggest the following checklist:
  1. Look at “What is DSOM?” and “FAQs” to find answers to your questions.
  2. Download the Academic Catalog and decide what course of study will suit your needs.
  3. Register online OR download the Registration Form and mail.
  4. Once registered, you should View and download the welcome letter which will direct your next steps.
  5. Once enrolled in a class, download course documents, such as Study Guides and Syllabis, from the "Course Materials" page.
  6. Please be sure to observe all deadlines.
  7. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact Dr. Lastinger, or the Christian Education Office at PenFlorida, or (863) 683-5726 Ext. 245.
See you in class!
