Credential Renewal
Thank you for completing your annual credentials renewal online! This saves resources for both the General and District Councils.
Here are the instructions for renewing:
- Go to www.generalsecretary.ag.org
- Follow the Minister Credential Renewal Forms link.
- Follow the prompts and instructions on each screen, including the items below.
Note: You may find your account number on your Minister (Fellowship) Card; or by emailing na@ag.org (include your full official name and address); or calling 417.862.2781 extension 1114.
- Review your contact and personal information, and correct if needed.
- Answer questions 1-9 (or, if retired, the Statement of Fundamental Truths item).
- If General Council dues are owed, either pay your dues online, or write a check made payable to the General Council, when sending both General Council and District Council renewal forms to your district office.
- If District Council tithes are owed, write a separate check to your District. You can also pay your District Council tithes online. Please note: The District Renewal fee of $50 has been discontinued.
- Print and sign both the General Council and the District Council copies.
- Remember to enclose payment(s), if applicable. You can also make your contributions online. To pay General Council dues go to www.generalsecretary.ag.org and to pay your District Council tithes go to the donation page by clicking here.
- Mail both renewal forms and checks to your District Council office postmarked no later than December 31, 2009.
